Sales Department

Director of Sales/Assistant Director of Sales
  Duties:-
- To oversee both the travel & tour and corporate account businesses
- Maximize room sales in line with the company’s policy and budget
- Maintain sales growth performance through expanding business volume and developing new customer accounts
  Requirement:-
- To lead a motivated team of staff so as to facilitate the achievement of business and objective sales
- Degree in Hospitality Management or relevant discipline
- Minimum 10 years experience in hotel industry, in which 5 years at managerial level, with a proven track record in room sales
- Outgoing personality, motivated and aggressive
- Excellent leadership and presentation skills
- Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese, Mandarin is al plus
  Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Director of Sales.
   
Senior Sales Manager – Corporate
- Degree/Diploma holder in Hospitality Management or related studies
- Minimum 8 years’ relevant hotel experience
- Self motivated and able to work independently
- Excellent interpersonal and supervisory skills
- Good comment of spoken and written in English and Chinese
   

Food & Beverage Department

Food & Beverage Manager
  Duties:-
- Responsible for the overall operations and success of the Food & Beverage division
- Effective management of all F&B manpower
- Planning and implementation of the department budget and business strategies, maintain costs at approval levels and profit margins are exceedingly met
  Requirement:-
- Creative and sensitive in the new trends and concepts of food & beverage development
- At least 10 years F&B managerial experience in an international hotel chain with outlets in different cuisines and banquet operations
- Hotel management graduate is a plus
  Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Food & Beverage Manager.
   
Chinese Restaurant Manager
  Reposibilities:-
- Manage the daily operation and supervise the activities of the restaurant
- Training of staff to provide prompt and courteous services
- To co-ordinate with the kitchen chefs to ensure good quality of food
  Requirement:-
- Substantial relevant experience in Chinese restaurant in hotels
- Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
- Customer-oriented and good interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of spoken and written of English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
   
Banquet Sales Manager/Assistant Banquet Sales Manager
- Degree in Marketing, Catering, Hospitality Management or related discipline
- Minimum 5 years practical banquet sales experience in catering or hospitality industry
- Decisive, flexible and highly customer-oriented Decisive, flexible and highly customer-oriented
- Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese, Putonghua will be a definite advantage
